Waveney River Centre is the Norfolk Broads' premiere 4-Star Holiday Park and Marina. Situated on the banks of the River Waveney in the southern Norfolk Broads, this is a perfect waterside retreat with a wide range of facilities available on site and an ideal location from which to explore this peaceful part of the Norfolk Broads by boat, on foot or by car.

Our range of luxurious and spacious holiday lodges and penthouses  are set in the beautiful surroundings of the Waveney valley, with stunning south and west facing views across marshes and river.

For a day on the river, you can hire one of our luxury day cruisers featuring galley, cabin and wc, or our more traditional day boats.

Our very popular touring and camping site occupies an idyllic south-facing location overlooking the marina and river, with leisure centre, showers, toilets & wash up area all immediately adjacent.

Holiday Accommodation
Our luxury holiday lodges, cottage and penthouses are spacious and exceptionally well appointed, featuring fully integrated kitchen appliances, digital TV & DVD and south or west facing balconies with superb views across the marshes. All luxury holiday lodges and penthouses are fully centrally heated, insulated and double glazed to current residential standards - making them ideal for holidays all year-round. Our penthouses and 4 lodges were new for 2006 and 4 more lodges are new for 2007. Unlimited use of the swimming pool & spa is included in the price of your accommodation and wireless broadband is available if required.

Touring & Camping
Our very popular touring and camping site occupies an idyllic south-facing location overlooking the marina and river, with leisure centre, showers, toilets & wash up area all immediately adjacent.

Use of the showers and toilets are included in the price of your pitch, and there are no extra person charges. There is also a small launderette, with coin-operated washing machine, tumble dryer & iron.
Waveney River Centre is a small family-oriented Park with space for 20 touring caravans and up to 30 tents. Booking ahead is essential especially during peak periods.

Boat Hire
No Broadland holiday is complete without a trip on the river to explore the famous Norfolk & Suffolk Broads.

Whether you are resident on-site or visiting for the day, Waveney River Centre is an ideal departure point for a day on the river. If you prefer the more tranquil waters of the southern broads then Waveney River Centre at Burgh St Peter is an ideal starting point, with the pretty market town of Beccles  just 1.5 hours upstream and Oulton Broad with its large children's park about 20 minutes downstream. Somerleyton  with its famous stately home and maze, and the riverside village of Reedham are other popular destinations within an hour's cruise.

We have a range of vessels to suit most budgets and requirements, from rowing boats and canoes to luxury day cruisers with galley, WC and cabin - many of which have been built on-site by our craftsmen here at Waveney River Centre. Buoyancy aids and fuel or paddles are included in the price and you will be given tuition before setting off on your adventure.
