Bed and Breakfast in a beautiful Village setting just 5 minutes from Newmarket, the home of Horse Racing.

There is a warm welcome waiting for you in our recently built, environmentally-friendly, luxury family home in Dullingham, a small village 3 miles/5 minutes from Newmarket in Suffolk
 
Our B&B is ideally situated for Racing at Newmarket, Tattersalls Horse Sales, Cambridge (12 miles/20 minutes) and Stansted Airport (35 miles/30 minutes). We have a separate 3-room suite or a luxury, double bedroom in the house. Both have en-suite, flat-screen Digital TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge plus WiFi (for an additional  charge of £5/day). Full English Breakfast included.

We are in the popular Cambridgeshire village of Dullingham with unobstructed views of the countryside. Once you have arrived you will not need your car for refreshment as we are just 250m from the The Boot (a classic village pub) which overlooks the village green. We have ample off-road parking space.

The suite is separate from the main house, on the 1st floor, has private access (independent of the main house), was newly furnished in Aug 2004 and comprises:
Lounge with TV, tea & coffee making facilities, bed-settee & matching armchair Bedroom with  king size bed, black-out blinds, fitted wardrobe
En-suite with shower 
Fridge with soft drinks & snacks (charge applies) and a complimentary jug of fresh milk each day
WiFi (wireless, High-speed Internet access) available (you will need a suitably equipped laptop) for an additional £5/day
Flat-screen, digital Free-view TV
 
The Blue Room
A very spacious room on the 1st floor in the main house with en-suite. The bedroom contains:

New en-suite (completed Apr 08)
King size bed
"Lounge" area (with a bed-settee), Flat-screen, digital Free-view TV, tea & coffee making facilities
Fridge with soft drinks & snacks (charge applies) and a complimentary jug of fresh milk each day
